Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dhoomal. We specialize in handcrafted and customized ethnic wear including Rajputi Poshaks, sarees, and traditional outfits. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Returns & No Full COD Orders

  • We do not accept returns once an order has been placed and shipped.
  • We do not accept full Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • All orders must be fully prepaid or partially paid to begin processing.
  • Please review product details carefully before placing your order, especially for customized items.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive:

  • Damaged item
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect product

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Personalized garments (measurements, embroidery, alterations)
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Gift cards or store credits

If you are unsure about any product, please contact us before placing your order.


4. Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we generally do not offer exchanges.

In rare cases (such as damage or incorrect item), exchange may be considered only if:

  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item is unused and in original packaging
  • Approved by our support team in writing

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or incorrect
  • Issue is verified and approved by our team

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


6. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 12 hours of placement.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues.

7. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Requests made beyond the allowed time frame may not be accepted.
  • Claims without proper proof may be rejected.
